The University of Kansas, School of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmacy Practice, is seeking applicants for a full-time faculty clinical track (non-tenured) position housed on the Lawrence, Kansas campus. The position is a 12-month full-time, clinical track position at the assistant or associate professor level. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Pharmacy Law with some involvement and additional teaching in other coursework depending on their background and department needs.
Preferred candidates will have a PharmD, healthcare, and/or Law degree(s) with excellent knowledge of, and/or teaching experience with, Pharmacy Law or Healthcare Law. Faculty members are expected to contribute to the mission and goals of the Department and School in each of the areas of teaching, scholarship and service. Academic rank and salary will be commensurate with the qualifications and expertise of the individual.

The successful candidate must be eligible to work in the U.S. prior to the start date of the position. Pharmacist applicants without a Law degree or previous experience teaching Pharmacy Law must be a licensed Pharmacist in the State of Kansas or must become licensed within 90 days of their start date.
