The Department of Biomedical Sciences at the University of South Alabama has expanded into new facilities and seeks candidates for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The Biomedical Sciences Department at USA offers a B.S. degree curriculum designed for undergraduates interested in pursuing post baccalaureate study in all areas of medicine and health professions as well as biomedical research.

Candidates must have a Ph. D. or equivalent in Physiology or Pharmacology with 2 years postdoctoral experience; and have the expertise to teach Human Physiology and Pharmacology. The successful candidate will be expected to develop an active research program and mentor undergraduate research projects.
