The Role

The School of Pharmacy invites applications for the full-time, permanent (confirmation path) position of Senior Lecturer in Pharmacy Practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an outstanding individual with a research informed expertise in Pharmacy Practice, to innovate and provide leadership around our teaching curriculum.

Your Skills and Experience

The successful candidate must have:

  • A PhD degree in a relevant area, or a similar level clinical qualification with evidence of research experience.
  • Pharmacy qualification registrable in New Zealand.
  • Excellent track record of published research, or an ability to develop such a record in Pharmacy practice.
  • Experience in designing and delivering in-person and online instructional workshops, training modules, and tutorials.
  • Strong commitment to research-informed teaching at a range of levels.
  • Experience of teaching and supervising research at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
