Position Description:

The primary role for this position will be to assist, develop and maintain experiential education training sites and oversee Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPE) for PharmD students.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

Individuals will be expected to contribute to the service needs of the School, serve on School and institutional committees and participate in the accreditation process.
The position will have limited teaching and scholarship requirements as evidenced by attainment of research/training grants and presentation and publication of scholarly work.

Position Requirements:
Education:

Pharm.D. degree or a B.S. in Pharmacy with successful completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 accredited residency program or have equivalent professional training.

Experience:

Desirable qualifications include previous faculty and experiential education background at an accredited school/college of pharmacy.
Hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
Experience with E*Value is a plus.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:
Applicants must be eligible for pharmacist licensure in the state of Georgia.
