Job Scope: This is a tenure-track position.
Teach pharmacology and related basic science content in a team-based model in the PharmD curriculum.
Maintain an active research program including publication and securing of external funding
Contribute to service in The College of Pharmacy and The University
Experience in instruction/teaching is desired. Applicant should be familiar with delivery content in multiple styles (e.g. active learning, self-directed learning) in varying contexts
Ability to develop and maintain an active research. Preferably in collaboration with College and University faculty. Preference will be given to applicants who have a strong background in Immunology. Ability to implement research program to foster student-centered high impact learning opportunities.
PhD in Pharmacology, Immunology or related basic science discipline
Post-doctoral experience of at least 2 years
Teaching experience in small or large group settings
