My general research interests are cancer metabolism, with an emphasis on how autophagy is involved in modulating Ras-driven lung cancer metabolism to maintain tumor growth and metastasis. Combination of genetically engineered mouse models and the state-of-the-art metabolomics will be the major methods to achieve this goal and eventually identify potential metabolic targets for cancer therapy.
