The research of my labs in Detroit and Munich is focused on drug and gene delivery using smart dosage forms for local therapy of inflammatory diseases and cancer. \n\nWe combine material science, drug formulation and delivery with immunology and molecular biology approaches to find new therapeutic approaches that exploit the connection between inflammation and cancer.
